Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architect with approximately 7 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a design-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage project components from concept through completion. Experience within a consulting firm is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in all project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
Coordinate effectively with internal team members, as well as Electrical, Sanitary, Structural and Mechanical professionals.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address design and technical challenges.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and firm standards.
Contribute to a collaborative and positive office culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

Minimum BSc. in Architecture.
7+ years of continuous professional experience in an architectural practice.
Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and technical proficiency across various project phases.
Excellent knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
Solid understanding of building codes and standards.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
