Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating first contact, and supporting our sales and presales process, helping us expand our reach across Ethiopia’s enterprise and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in target industries
Reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
Support preparation for proposals, presentations, and events
Keep client and lead data organized in CRM/spreadsheets
Provide weekly lead and activity reports

What We’re Looking For:

0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English
Strong interest in technology, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions
Organized, self motivated, and eager to learn
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or IT preferred
