Key Responsibilities

· Create complete pattern for garments (measurements, specs, construction details)

· Develop manual patterns for production

· Translate design sketches into precise technical drawings

· Define fabric, trims, stitching, and finishing details

· Ensure patterns are optimized for fit, grading, and manufacturing

· Work closely with the designer to maintain design accuracy

· Revise tech packs and patterns based on feedback and sampling

Requirements

· Experience in pattern making

· Strong knowledge of garment construction and sizing

· Ability to create both manual patterns

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Understanding of production processes for clothing manufacturing
