We are seeking an energetic, and accountable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. While prior hospitality experience is a plus, it is not mandatory—we value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to outstanding service. Fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken) is essential. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Use hotel management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) efficiently.
Answer phone calls and emails in English and Amharic, providing clear and polite assistance.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Resolve issues swiftly, escalate when necessary, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
Proactively seek feedback, adapt to new processes, and embrace training opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Amharic (excellent reading/writing abilities).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computers (MS Office, email, basic software).
Personality Traits:
- Outgoing, resilient, and customer-focused.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; maintains composure under pressure.
Work Ethic: Highly accountable, punctual, and eager to grow within the hospitality industry.

Preferred (But Not Required):

6+ months of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles
