We are seeking a committed and professional Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

Handle buyer inquiries and follow up on leads
Present properties to clients Understand client needs and recommend suitable option
Negotiate and close property sales
Maintain long-term client relationships
Work toward monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Previous sales experience (real estate is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional attitude and long-term mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales
Reliable and disciplined work ethic
