We are looking for a responsible and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support sales team members in daily activities
• Monitor performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Maintain good communication with staff and management
• Ensure smooth sales operations and solve day-to-day issues
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
• Travel to different regions when required for supervision and operational support

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
