We are seeking a Professional Tailor (Garment Sewing Operator) to join our garment production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately sewing, assembling, and finishing high-quality garments according to design specifications, technical sheets, and production standards.

Responsibilities

Sew and assemble garments such as jackets, coats, dresses , and shirts based on patterns and technical instructions
Operate industrial sewing machines including single needle, overlock, double needle, and bartack machines
Interpret design sketches, measurements, and production sheets accurately
Ensure strong stitching quality, correct alignment, and proper finishing of garments
Work with different fabrics, especially cotton, denim and stretch materials
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before passing to finishing
Maintain production speed while ensuring accuracy and durability
Perform minor machine adjustments and report technical issues when needed
Follow production targets and supervisor instructions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a tailor or sewing operator (minimum 3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
Ability to operate industrial sewing machines confidently
Good understanding of patterns, measurements, and garment fit
