Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.

Compare bank statements with general ledger accounts.

Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or unmatched transactions.

Record adjusting entries in the accounting system.

Monitor outstanding checks, deposits, and bank fees.

Ensure timely posting of all bank-related transactions.

Prepare reconciliation reports for management review.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.

Coordinate with banks and internal departments to resolve issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in accounting or finance roles.
Experience In Retain Sector with ERP or advanced accounting software is preferred.
Practical knowledge of accounting standards, tax rules, and internal controls.
