Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers and sellers.
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
Prepare and process sales documentation and contracts.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Make calls, follow ups and site visits.
