About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. In this role, you will support senior sales executives by visiting active project sites, identifying potential leads, and assisting in client engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in field sales who wants to learn B2B project-based selling in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior sales officers in identifying and visiting active construction, engineering, or infrastructure project sites.
Help establish initial contact with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Support the preparation of product demonstrations and basic technical-commercial proposals.
Maintain and update client interaction logs and lead information in the company CRM.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential client needs.
Follow up on sales leads and help manage routine client queries.
Prepare daily reports on field visits, client feedback, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, customer support) to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

0–1 year of experience (internships or part-time sales roles are a plus).

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory on a daily basis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under guidance and learn technical product details quickly.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
Self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable working in outdoor/construction site environments.
