Job Description

Leapfrog Software Technology Africa, a leading Safaricom Legal Distributor, is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Shop Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, driving sales and activation targets, supervising shop staff and Brand Ambassadors, ensuring proper cash and stock management, maintaining compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage day-to-day shop operations
-Achieve assigned sales and activation targets
-Supervise and support shop staff and Brand Ambassadors
-Ensure accurate cash handling and stock control
-Maintain operational compliance and reporting standards
-Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements

-BA Degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

-Minimum [insert years] relevant experience in retail or sales management

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

-High level of integrity and accountability
