Ultra Communications is a creative communications agency working with leading brands across digital, social, and experiential marketing. We focus on strong visuals, storytelling, and results-driven creativity. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is also skilled in basic to intermediate motion graphics. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate brand ideas into visually engaging static and animated content.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media content, marketing materials, and brand visuals

Create motion graphics and short animations for digital platforms (reels, stories, ads, etc.)

Collaborate with the content, video, and account management teams

Adapt designs based on brand guidelines and client feedback

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer

Motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar tools)

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

Good sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have their own laptop capable of handling design and motion work
