About the Work

This role sits at the center of a multi-brand ecosystem across three lanes: a marketing agency, an education and guidance platform, and a content brand with a growing community following. All three exist to serve the same mission: giving immigrants the tools, knowledge, and access they need to build successful lives in the U.S.

The Operations Manager will be the connective tissue across all three, making sure the right things are moving, the team is aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You Will Own:

• Team Management: Manage a growing remote team (VA, video editor, social media manager, and contractors), run weekly check-ins, and build SOPs.

• Systems & Execution: Build and manage the content production pipeline; own operational systems for agency client delivery and education platform logistics.

• Reporting: Provide the founder with clear weekly updates (done, in-progress, decisions needed) and manage project tools.

• Growth Support: Spot bottlenecks early, propose solutions, and protect the founder's time.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 or more years of experience in operations, business management, project management, or a related role.

• Demonstrated experience managing a remote team and holding people accountable to deadlines.

• Hands-on experience building or improving internal systems and workflows from scratch.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
