Our company operates in food manufacturing, meal preparation, and agricultural export. We are seeking a highly capable and reliable professional to oversee accounting, financial reporting, HR/payroll administration, and government-related administrative processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both finance responsibilities and operational/administrative tasks across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain all financial/bookkeeping records

• Prepare monthly profit/loss and cash flow reports

• Track company expenses, revenues, invoices, and payments

• Handle all Ethiopian Revenue/Tax office filings and government follow-up

• Visit any government offices when needed and solve related issues

• Prepare payroll, pension, and salary payments

• Manage employee HR/admin records and documents

• Handle rent issues, contracts, and legal/company paperwork

• Manage finances/reporting for regional shops and branches

• Help management with general office/admin tasks when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience

• Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax/revenue office procedures

• Knowledge of payroll and pension preparation

• Strong Excel/computer skills

• Organized, honest, and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and solve problems

Bonus If You Have

• Experience managing a team

• Experience in manufacturing/retail businesses
