We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Liaison, Tender & Marketing Support Officer to manage external relations with government institutions, banks, and service providers while supporting tender preparation, marketing activities, and general office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and good knowledge of government procedures and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Liaison & External Coordination

Coordinate and follow up with government institutions, banks, and external service providers.
Handle processes related to:
- Revenue Authority
- Customs Commission
- Banks
- Sub-city offices
- Transport offices
- Shipping lines
Process and follow up on licenses, permits, tax documents, and import/export clearances.
Ensure timely submission, collection, and proper handling of official documents.

Tender Support

Identify relevant tender opportunities.
Prepare and organize tender documents and required attachments.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
Submit tender documents on time and maintain proper records.

Marketing Support

Assist in promoting company services and preparing proposals.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Follow up with clients and support customer relationship activities.

Office & Administrative Support

Maintain organized records and filing systems.
Draft letters, reports, and official correspondence.
Support daily administrative and office operations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Valid driving license is required.
Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of government procedures and documentation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working Conditions

Based in Addis Ababa with both office-based and external field duties.
