Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional sales and negotiation skills, a strong knowledge of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

- 3 month + proven experience on real estate

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and expand client base through various marketing and networking strategies.

- Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information, and answer any potential buyer inquiries.

- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgage options, and related matters.

- Prepare and present compelling sales offers and negotiate contracts with potential buyers.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to create innovative strategies for property listings and promotional activities.

- Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and status updates.
