Position: Recruiter / Software Developer

Reports To: COO

General Duties.

We are looking for a recruiter to support our hiring process and help us attract top talent, especially for software and technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

Support technical hiring in collaboration with engineering teams

Requirements:

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team

Huge Bonus:

Background in Software Development or a related technical field
