What You’ll Do:

Reach out to leads who are interested in becoming salespeople.
Qualify candidates using a simple structure we provide.
Recruit motivated individuals to join our sales team.
Keep records of calls and candidate information using Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
Motivation to help build a strong sales team
