Job Purpose:

The Enterprise Network Deployment Engineer is integral part of END team responsible for design, deployment, and integration of multiple Network Infrastructure Systems and collaboration solutions, guiding and monitoring of entire END group and responsible for motivating teammates as well as inspiring positive communication specializing on Collaboration, Network and Wireless Solutions, with the direction from Infrastructure service manager and END Team Lead.

General Duties:

Works on design, deployment, and integration of multiple systems to enhance efficiency.
Participates in the analysis and composition of requirements, design of network architecture, design and implementation of networks, preparation of test plan and documentation of final integrated solution
Deep understanding of routing, switching, segmentation, and network security principles.
Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and proxy servers.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability.
Optimize network security by configuring firewalls, managing access controls, and applying cryptographic solutions.
Document network configurations and maintain updated records of changes.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with enterprise systems.
Plan and execute upgrades to enhance network capabilities.
A proactive team player with strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and deploy functional networks, ensuring high availability and security.
Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
Automate routine tasks through network scripting.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical support and resolve escalated network issues.
Conduct network performance analysis and optimization.
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade wired and wireless network and Collaboration infrastructure.
Implement and manage network security solutions and policies.
Perform advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting and provide 3rd line technical support
Design and deploy SD WAN, ACI and SD access solutions
Troubleshoot policy misconfigurations, endpoint reachability, and fabric discovery issues for SD WAN, ACI and SD Access.
Conduct wired and wireless site surveys and drive network and Wi-Fi optimization efforts and Generating site survey reports and site preparation guides based on survey.
Secure Network environments using industry-standard authentication and encryption methods.
Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and incident resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation and diagrams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage network operations and projects
Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical network and security infrastructure
Preparing and evaluate Low level, high-level and as-built documents for project implementation

Requirements

2+ years of experience in network engineering roles and Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP static route…) and switching technologies
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, ruckus, Check Point (Juniper and Palo Alto – a plus)
Proficiency in tools such as Network monitoring tools and ITSM (such us Zabbix, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, PRTG) , Wireshark
Solid understanding of IOS OS, Nexus OS, Cisco ISE, WLC, 802.1x authentication, ruckus and Aruba wireless, Fortigate, fortimanager
Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN/WLAN troubleshooting
Experience providing 3rd line customer support
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Certification

a. CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Data Center

b. Data Center ACI Implementation (DCACI)

c. Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation (ENSDWI or NSE6)

d. Enterprise Wireless (ENWLSI)
