Job Description

Manage daily financial transactions related to excavator rental operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journal entries.
Monitor equipment rental income, fuel expenses, maintenance costs, and operator payments.
Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Handle customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
Record and control advance payments, deposits, and rental agreements.
Manage payroll for operators, mechanics, and support staff.
Ensure tax compliance and preparation of VAT reports according to Ethiopian regulations.
Coordinate with management on budget planning and cost control for machinery operations.
Maintain records for spare parts purchases, repair expenses, and asset depreciation of machinery.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.
Quaifications

should have BA degree in accounting and finance minimum of 4 years experience and preferred in construction machineries rental business is more preferable
