Social Media Manager/strategist/Copywriter

We are looking for a highly creative, research-driven, and trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing agency. You will work across different niches and industries, preparing weekly content strategies, crafting viral-focused ideas, and writing high-performing scripts for TikTok and other platforms.

This role does not involve posting content, editing videos, or creating graphics. Your main responsibility is strategy, research, creativity, and scriptwriting.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Research

Develop customized social media strategies for multiple niches and industries.
Conduct deep research on unfamiliar industries and understand their audiences.
Perform competitor analysis before creating any content plan.
Stay updated on daily social media trends, especially TikTok.
Provide direction and insight for viral content formats and hooks.

Content Planning & Ideation

Create weekly content calendars for each client.
Come up with creative viral-focused video ideas for TikTok and other platforms.
Write engaging scripts with strong hooks, body, and call-to-action (CTA).
Brainstorm content concepts that help clients grow, increase visibility, and drive engagement.

Client Communication & Collaboration

Communicate with clients when needed for clarification, ideas, and strategy alignment.
Work closely with the agency team to refine ideas and ensure quality.
Collaborate internally—this is not a solo role.

Performance & Optimization

Participate in strategy discussions for both organic and paid campaigns.
Suggest improvements for content based on platform trends and audience behavior.
Ensure all strategies align with growth goals: awareness, engagement, conversions, etc.

Requirements

Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Deep understanding of TikTok virality, hooks, trends, and storytelling.
Strong research ability—able to understand new niches quickly.
Ability to work full-time 9–5 and be consistently available.
Must stay updated with social media trends daily.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
