Sales Representative (B2B)
Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients through direct, in-person sales. The primary focus is on hotels, businesses, organizations, and other corporate clients that can benefit from Kape’s production and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
- Present Kape’s services and solutions to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into signed projects.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure client needs are understood.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Represent Kape professionally at meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in face-to-face sales and relationship building.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and conduct.

Success Metrics
- Number of client meetings conducted.
- New client acquisition rate.
- Sales revenue generated.
- Client retention and satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 40,000 ETB per month.
- Transportation reimbursement for approved business-related travel.
- Competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
- Additional performance-based incentives may be offered based on results.
