Job Summary:

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves providing administrative and clerical support to the division, coordinating office activities, and assisting team members to enhance efficiency, communication, and workflow within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize daily office operations and tasks.

Handle correspondence, document filing, and record keeping.

Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on action items.

Assist in logistics arrangements such as transportation, procurement follow-ups, and material dispatch coordination.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

Coordinate communication between departments, suppliers, and clients when required.

Support in preparing and formatting letters, memos, and other official documents.

Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or any other related field.
