Job Title: Rental Operations & Admin Executive

About the Role

We are a car and machinery rental company seeking a reliable and organized professional to handle rental operations and related administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee rental processes from start to completion

Prepare and finalize rental agreements with clients
Track and collect usage records and related documents
Inspect vehicles and machinery before and after rentals
Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery and return
Maintain accurate rental and office records
Assist with general administrative tasks
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and documentation abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Basic computer and office system knowledge
Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in vehicle or equipment rental operations
Administrative or operations background
Valid driving license is an advantage
