We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to support the execution of marketing strategies and below-the-line (BTL) activities. The role focuses on enhancing property sales, strengthening brand visibility, and driving customer engagement through coordinated campaigns and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Execution

Support the implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Assist in planning and executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities

2. Events & Activations

Coordinate and support property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events
Assist in organizing activations to increase brand awareness and lead generation

3. Email Marketing & Communication

Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns
Maintain and update client and corporate databases
Coordinate follow-ups with leads and prospects

4. B2B & Partnership Support

Assist in engaging corporate clients and business partners
Support the preparation of B2B proposals and communication materials

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Conduct basic market research and gather industry insights
Prepare regular activity and performance reports
Share feedback and observations from field activities

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant work experience in marketing
Prior experience in real estate or property development is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Experience in events, activations, or field marketing is a plus
Results-oriented with attention to detail
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
