We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive growth for our electrical and electromechanical products. Location: Addis Ababa (Mexico area)
Job Type: Full-time
What You Will Do:
Conduct door-to-door sales, site visits, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of clients for our electrical and electromechanical items.
Identify new market opportunities, understand client needs, and effectively position our product range.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, technical professionals, and business partners.
Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and support sales efforts.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in door-to-door, direct, or field sales.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should be self-motivated and target-driven.
Education/Background: A background in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
