Requirements

BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment and employee relations
Performance management and HR documentation
Payroll and attendance coordination
Office administration and asset management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
