Learneta Academy is looking for a highly driven, organized, and proactive branch manager to lead our Jemo Branch. This is not a routine administrative position. We are seeking someone who can manage people, improve operations, develop new ideas, drive growth, and ensure an excellent learning experience for students.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in teaching, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. They should be someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and continuously looks for ways to improve the academy.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Management
Oversee the daily operations of the branch.
Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, sales staff, and support staff.
Monitor attendance, schedules, and overall branch performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.
Ensure all academy policies and procedures are followed.
Academic Leadership
Support and supervise teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
Observe classes and provide constructive feedback.
Assist in curriculum implementation and academic planning.
Help solve academic challenges faced by students and teachers.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
Foster accountability and teamwork.
Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members when necessary.
Business Growth & Innovation
Develop and implement creative ideas to improve student experience and branch performance.
Identify opportunities to increase student enrollment and retention.
Initiate projects and activities that strengthen the academy's reputation.
Analyze branch performance and recommend improvements.
Take ownership of branch goals and results.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Monitor branch KPIs and operational targets.
Manage branch documentation and records.
Coordinate with senior management regarding branch performance and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Experience managing an educational institution, training center, or academy.
Experience leading teams and handling operational responsibilities.
Experience in student services, customer relations, or educational administration.
