responsible for overseeing and coordinating Ethiotelecom business operations across zonal and regional offices. The role focuses on managing and monitoring the performance of Telebirr, EVD, and SIM Card businesses through target distribution, daily follow-up, performance evaluation, reporting, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and supervise Ethiotelecom business activities across regions and zones
Assign and follow up daily, weekly, and monthly targets for Telebirr, EVD, and SIM Card operations
Evaluate branch, regional, and zonal performance against assigned targets
Prepare daily operational and performance reports for management
Conduct continuous follow-up on sales, stock movement, and transaction activities
Coordinate with regional and zonal teams to improve business performance and target achievement
Monitor EVD purchase, distribution, and balance management
Supervise Telebirr operational activities and ensure proper service delivery
Follow up SIM Card stock management, activation performance, and distribution control
Identify operational gaps, performance issues, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company procedures, reporting standards, and Ethiotelecom operational requirements
Support live reporting, reconciliation, and accountability processes across all telecom operations

Skills and Requirements

Strong knowledge of Ethiotelecom products and services, especially Telebirr, EVD, and SIM Card operations
Experience in telecom operations, sales supervision, or distribution management
Strong reporting, analytical, and performance monitoring skills
Good leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple regional operations and daily follow-up activities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency, especially Excel and reporting systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
