Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, sharp, and persuasive Customer Service Representative who can do more than just answer calls. This role requires someone who can handle inquiries, convert leads into customers, and deliver clear, structured reports on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally

Convert inquiries into paying customers

Provide accurate information about products/services

Follow up with potential customers consistently

Record and track all calls, leads, and outcomes

Submit weekly reports with clear performance insights

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service AND sales/conversion

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals

Organized and detail-oriented

Fluent in Amharic and English

Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Self-disciplined and accountable

Reporting accuracy and clarity
