We are hiring a proactive and results-oriented Call Center Agent to support driver activation and engagement for our operations with Yango.

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for contacting registered drivers, following up consistently, and guiding them through the process of becoming active on the platform. This includes assisting with on-boarding, answering questions, and encouraging drivers to complete trips.

The role requires making a high volume of calls daily, tracking interactions, and ensuring that drivers complete key milestones such as their first and seventh trips. Success in this role is measured by the number of drivers activated and retained, not just contacted.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is persistent, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact registered drivers and follow up consistently
Guide drivers through on-boarding and activation process
Encourage drivers to complete their 1st and 7th trips
Handle driver questions and provide support
Maintain accurate records of calls and driver status
Meet daily targets for driver activation and engagement

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission
