We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team which focuses on Personal Development, Psychology, Human Nature, and Self-Improvement content.

Scope of Work

Edit talking-head longform YouTube videos (more than 20 minutes)
Remove mistakes, pauses, and unnecessary sections
Add zooms, cuts, and smooth transitions
Add text highlights and simple motion graphics
Insert relevant B-roll footage when needed
Improve audio quality and add background music
Basic color correction and final export

Requirements

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop
Understanding of YouTube editing and audience retention
Ability to deliver clean, engaging, and professional edits
Good communication and time management skills
Previous YouTube editing experience preferred

Project Details

4–8 videos per month
Long-term collaboration
Budget: 8,000 ETB per month
