Purpose of the Role:

To ensure collection of outstanding payments, manage contracts, maintain client relationships, and support business growth by securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up and collect outstanding payments from clients
Track all project payments and report status regularly
Coordinate with finance for receipts and payment confirmations
Follow up contracts (preparation, submission, signing)
Communicate with clients professionally (calls, meetings, emails)
Identify and report issues affecting payment delays
Support business development and generate leads
Maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in client handling, sales, or payment collection
Understanding of contracts and payment processes
Highly organized and persistent in follow-ups
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work under pressure

KPIs:

Percentage of outstanding payments collected
Number of client follow-ups per week
Contracts completed and signed
New project leads generated
