We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and personal support to the CEO.
Handle office documentation, paperwork, and daily administrative tasks.
Represent the CEO in managing external assignments, official matters, and follow-ups.
Coordinate office operations, events, and program workflows.
Manage the CEO’s schedule, calendar, meetings, and task priorities.
Support content creation activities, including video planning, recording coordination, and scheduling.
Communicate and coordinate with employees on behalf of the CEO.
Ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient office operations.

Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in administrative, office management, or executive support roles is an advantage.

Personal Attributes

Well-presented, well-mannered, and highly professional.
Female candidate, aged 21–29.
Experienced and confident in handling executive-level responsibilities.
Practicing Orthodox Christian (as the role involves participation in faith-related activities and external engagements).
