Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Call Center Operator who can communicate with customers, promote our cosmetic products on TikTok. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and confidence on camera

### Responsibilities

- Answer customer calls and messages professionally

- Provide information about cosmetic products, prices, and promotions

- Receive and confirm customer orders

- Follow up with customers regarding deliveries and satisfaction

- Create and post TikTok videos to promote products

- Respond to TikTok comments and inquiries

- Help increase sales through online promotion and customer engagement

- Coordinate with the sales and delivery team

Requirements

- Good communication skills

- Basic experience with TikTok and social media

- Confidence in speaking and presenting products

- Ability to work with customers politely and professionally

- Basic smartphone and internet skills

- Experience in cosmetics or sales is an advantage

- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
