SWEREC Trading is seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Representative to support the promotion and sale of our premium interior and exterior paint product. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence by identifying and engaging large-scale construction sites and high-end residential projects requiring paint upgrades.

This position is best suited for an experienced sales professional with a background in paint products, construction, or real estate who is capable of working independently and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and develop business opportunities within large construction projects and premium residential developments

Promote and sell the company’s premium paint solutions

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and property owners

Achieve established sales targets and performance objectives

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in paint sales, construction materials, real estate, or related industries

Strong command of English (written and verbal)

Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills

Highly proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong networking and relationship management capabilities
