Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MAIN Store manager to oversee our warehouse operations and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe storage, accurate documentation, and efficient distribution of construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment parts.

Key Responsibilities

※ Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock using manual ledgers and digital tracking tools.

※ Logistics Coordination: Supervise the loading and unloading of materials and coordinate with site supervisors for timely deliveries.

※ Asset Management: Conduct regular physical counts (stock-taking) and report any discrepancies, damages, or low-stock levels immediately.

※ Safety & Organization: Ensure the warehouse layout is optimized for safety and that all items are stored according to industry standards.

Documentation: Prepare and process Goods Receive Notes (GRN), Store Issue Vouchers (SIV), and monthly inventory reports for the finance and operations departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

※ Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in store management, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.

※ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English.

※ Attributes: High level of integrity, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
