Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, growing our community, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness across key social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation).

· Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.

· Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and brand mentions in a timely, authentic manner. Manage DMs and comments.

· Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions). Use insights to optimize future content.

· Trend Spotting: Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.

· Paid Social: Collaborate on or execute paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost reach and conversions.

· Collaboration: Work with design, copywriting, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and support launches.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

· Hands-on experience with platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest (specify which apply)

· Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.)

· Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly

· Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple accounts
