Job Title: Senior Accountant & Financial Controller

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring meticulous bookkeeping precision combined with a forward-thinking, tech-driven approach. You will be responsible for ensuring our books are audit-ready at all times and for building scalable financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage end-to-end bookkeeping in Quickered using both cash and accrual methodologies.

* Clean-up & Restructuring: Audit and resolve historical discrepancies, ensuring all past records are accurate, reconciled, and compliant.

* Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements with the highest standards of accuracy.

* Process Automation: Identify and implement digital tools and workflows to reduce manual entry and optimize data flow into the accounting system.

* Compliance & Audit: Manage AP/AR, payroll, and complex bank/credit card reconciliations. Act as the primary point of contact for year-end tax preparation and external audits.

* Team Leadership: Supervise junior associates and ensure the highest quality of output across the finance department.

Required Qualifications:

* Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional certification.

* Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

* Software Expertise: Advanced mastery of Quickered skill. Certification as an Intuit ProAdvisor is a significant advantage.

* Communication: Fluent professional English (written and verbal) for interacting with international stakeholders.

Preferred “Plus” Skills:

* Blockchain & Web3: Understanding of digital asset accounting and crypto-to-fiat reconciliation.

* Tech-Savvy: Experience working with digital transformation teams or building custom automation tools for finance.

* Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “revolutionary\"

startup environment.

> Technical Standard: Focus on candidates who have moved beyond simple data entry. We need someone who understands the “why” behind the entries, specifically those who have handled External Audits for US or international clients.

> Product/Tech Mindset: We are looking for someone who doesn’t just use tools but helps build or optimize them.
