Job Title: Human Resource Service Head.

Job summery

Human Resource service head is responsible for implementing the activities related to talent management, talent development, talent acquisition, on-boarding and performs HR operations related activities and functions like supervises the day-to-day personnel tasks; receives applications, complies and keeps personnel records, drafts letters and memos, organizes and tabulates data.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitates hiring process of the company.

· Short lists applicants and present to the department.

· Keeps minutes of meetings, compiles required employee information, collects medical and police clearance of new recruits; conducts reference checks.

· Makes sure that staff gets paid correctly and on time.

· Manages pensions and benefits administration

· Organizes staff training.

· Drafts letters of employment, transfer, promotion, salary increment.

· Organizes and tabulates data, sources documents, prepares reports.

· Monitors employee’s attendance.

· Advises on disciplinary and employee performance problems.

· Manages leave administration by preparing leave schedules in consultation with the concerned departments, calculates and checks leave balances; prepares reports on absenteeism and tardiness;

· Collects and compiles employee performance evaluation reports received from each department; analyses and reports evaluation outcome.

Qualification and experience

· First degree from recognized university/ college in Management/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Management/ Public Administration and

· 5 years related experience out of which two years on supervisory/senior position.

· Microsoft office application skill is highly required.
