We are seeking Public Relations and Pomotion Head expert with deep understanding of the real estate industry, a passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills. This role will be responsible for managing our public image, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering relationships with media and the community.

Key Responsibilities

Run and manage integrated marketing and PR campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning
Oversee the digital marketing team by guiding daily operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring the timely execution of initiatives
Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company’s projects and initiatives effectively
Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials to enhance brand visibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers, particularly within the real estate sector
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for positive exposure and brand positioning
Organize and manage events such as property launches, open houses, and community outreach initiatives; represent the company in expos
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure PR efforts are aligned with overall business goals
Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and present detailed reports on PR campaigns, digital marketing reach, and mainstream media coverage to the management team
Support recruitment activities for roles under supervision, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding assistance

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Digital Marketing
5+ years of PR experience, including at least 3 years in real estate
Proven expertise in executing integrated PR and digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
Strong media relations and advanced content creation skills (press releases, articles, promotional materials)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media strategy, analytics, and campaign performance optimization
