Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions (income & expenses)
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
Monitor company cash flow and working capital
Ensure VAT, TIN, withholding tax, and other tax compliance
Prepare payroll and staff payments
Manage supplier payments & purchase documentation
Coordinate with external auditors & tax authorities
Maintain proper financial documentation & filing system
Support budgeting and financial forecasting
Assist CEO & Management with financial analysis and decision support
