I'm Tensae, founder of LiqLearns — a gamified learning platform for students, teachers, and enterprises. Think courses, skill trees, clan battles, live study rooms, AI tutoring, and a referral system. Ethiopian-rooted, built for the world.

I've been building it solo and I need a small team around me. I'm hiring 3 people to start — 1 Manager and 2 Assistant Managers. Once I see what you bring to the table, the one moves up in pay as I expand the team.

Main Role and Responsibilities:

Help manage day-to-day platform operations
Test the platform and report bugs and improvements
Coordinate with users, partners, and team members on Telegram
Assist with content creation and social media when needed
Represent LiqLearns at events or meetings within Ethiopia when required
Help organize and run online and in-person events

This role is fully remote. Some tasks may require in-person availability within Ethiopia or outside Ethiopia for events or coordination.

Required Skills:

Strong communication in Amharic and English
Comfortable using Telegram, Google Workspace, Canva and other professional productive platforms
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Comfortable on camera or helping with video content is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing projects or teams
Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
