We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Collector to gather comprehensive information on the real estate market in Addis Ababa. The role involves collecting accurate data on property prices, availability, and market trends across different areas of the city. The data will help our team make informed decisions and analyses on the current real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect up-to-date information on property prices (houses, apartments, and commercial spaces) in different areas of Addis Ababa.
Research the current status of the real estate market, including demand, supply, trends, and notable developments.
Record and organize data systematically using spreadsheets, databases, or other digital tools.
Verify the accuracy and reliability of collected information by cross-checking multiple sources.
Provide regular reports and summaries of collected data to supervisors or project managers.
Follow ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and responsible handling of sensitive information.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
- Familiarity with real estate markets, property types, and pricing factors.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytical skills to identify patterns, discrepancies, or trends in data.
- Ability to work independently and perform fieldwork in various parts of Addis Ababa.
  Qualifications:
  - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, economics, urban planning, or related field is preferred.
  - Previous experience in data collection, real estate, or market research is an advantage.
