About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business needs, support system implementation, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities * Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders

Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications
Support ERP/software implementation and customization processes
Work closely with technical teams (developers, DevOps, etc.)
Participate in system testing (UAT) and validation
Provide user support, training, and documentation
Monitor project progress and report on key updates
Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization

Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or related field

Basic understanding of ERP systems or business software
Strong finance knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of project management concepts is a plus

Preferred Skills * Familiarity with ERP systems Odoo

Understanding of business processes (finance, HR, operations) mainly finance
Experience with documentation tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Exposure to Agile or project workflows is an advantage
