We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, results-driven SDRs to join both our onsite and remote teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects in the U.K. and USA, initiating conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

What you will do:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

• Generate and qualify leads

• Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

• Represent our brand with professionalism and energy

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills
Confidence in outreach and lead generation
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong interpersonal and sales skills
Ability to work during U.K. and USA business hours
Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Open Phone is a plus
Prior experience in sales or BPO is a plus

Performance-based bonuses available.
