A. Main Role and Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers, providing accurate product information and recommendations.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to promote items and achieve sales targets.
Operate the POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Keep shelves stocked, clean, and well-organized according to merchandising guidelines.
Track inventory levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock or fast-moving items.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Participate in store promotions, product displays, and seasonal campaigns.
Support in stock counts and end-of-day closing procedures.

B. Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal and sales communication skills.
Attention to detail in product arrangement and cleanliness.
Basic arithmetic and cash-handling accuracy.
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays.

C. Preferred Qualification:

Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
1–3 years’ experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
Basic POS system knowledge and computer literacy.
Proven record of achieving sales or customer satisfaction targets.
