· Lead diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of EV electrical systems, including high-voltage batteries, electric motors, inverters, onboard chargers, wiring harnesses, and control units.

· Provide technical leadership and on-the-job training to junior auto electricians and technicians.

· Support after-sales teams in resolving complex customer complaints and warranty-related electrical issues.

· Monitor emerging EV technologies and recommend improvements to service processes and tools.

· Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Auto Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Electrician, with proven experience in EV or hybrid vehicle systems.

· Strong knowledge of automotive electrical architecture and EV powertrain components.

· Proven ability to work with ERP systems
