We are seeking a seasoned front-end developer with expertise in modern React and Python, and a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices. This individual will lead front-end development initiatives, improve the visual and functional aspects of our interfaces, and collaborate with product designers to deliver a seamless user experience across our platforms.

These team members will assist with daily system support operations. Their responsibilities will include responding to user issues, troubleshooting technical problems, performing routine system maintenance, and escalating more complex issues as needed. Their contribution will help ensure platform stability and enhance user satisfaction through timely support.

This role will focus on proactively monitoring system performance, detecting anomalies, and responding to automated alerts. The selected candidate will work closely with the senior team to maintain high system uptime, document incidents, and assist in root cause analysis when necessary.
