El‑Roi Salon is looking for a highly creative, fast-moving, and social-media-driven Content Creator to join our team full-time.

We are searching for someone who understands modern beauty content, social media trends, audience engagement, and mobile content production at a professional level.

This role is for a person who can consistently create high-quality salon content using a powerful smartphone, communicate quickly, and actively grow our online presence across multiple platforms.

Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Location

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Main Responsibilities

• Create and post high-quality daily content for:

TikTok

Instagram

Snapchat

Facebook Stories/Reels

• Produce:

10+ creative videos per day

15+ engaging stories daily

Reels, before/after transformations, trending edits, beauty clips, client reactions, hairstyle showcases, and promotional content

• Capture salon activities professionally using a high-quality smartphone with strong camera quality and stabilization

Messaging & Communication

We need someone with:

Extremely fast communication

Quick response time to messages and tasks

Ability to coordinate with clients and team members efficiently

Strong understanding of messaging apps including:

Instagram DM

Snapchat

TikTok Inbox

Comment Marketing Responsibilities

The candidate must also understand “Comment Marketing,” which includes:

Engaging with potential customers in comment sections

Replying strategically to comments to increase visibility and trust

Attracting new followers through active engagement

Commenting on trending beauty and lifestyle content to drive traffic toward the salon page

Creating conversations that increase reach, interaction, and bookings

This is important because strong engagement helps social media algorithms push our content to more people organically.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat content

• Skilled in mobile video editing apps such as:

CapCut

InShot

Canva

• Creative mindset with modern editing style

• Ability to work fast under daily content targets

• Consistent, reliable, and organized

• Knowledge of viral beauty and salon trends

• Good lighting and framing skills

• Professional attitude and appearance
